If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and affix it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point.
